Adding contact information to an account in OnCourse can executed from the contacts sub menu on the account details screen. When you add a new account, by default you’ll be led to the Account Details Page. 

Once you have entered the details screen, clicking the + button next to Contacts on the left side menu will open a new contact.

The default fields in the contacts scree include: 

  • Name
  • Title
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Phone type
  • LinkedIn URL of the organization/Individual

The top left corner of the account details screen will allow you to edit the Description/URL of the account. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit the overall description of the account and includes:

  • Company/Organization(Account)Name

  • Account Description

  • Website URL

  • Corporate / Business / Mailing addresses
