The account details screen is the one of the most important pages in OnCourse. This screen accounts for the sum history of an account and all communication with that account. Every email, text, note, task, contact, and active opportunity is reflected on this screen.
The Account details screen consists of two major components and is divided into two pieces between the left and the right side of the screen.
- The left side of the screen static account information including:
- Tasks to be completed on the account, opportunities on the account, contacts on the account and any custom field generated for the account as well as the account name, address, urls etc.
- The right side of the Account details screen consists of the history of the account. Most recent items are listed at the top of the page. The sub navigation menu on the right side of the screen facilitates additional filters on these historical items and new communication.
