Templates are pre-written pieces of content that can be-reused to accelerate communication that is otherwise routine. Just in the same manner your phone generates automated responses to text messages you can use templates that you create to send quick responses and outbound to accounts and more.
Templates can be used in all forms of automated and manual communication within OnCourse.
Templates contain the following features
1. You can create custom templates that can be share or kept private (depending on your permissions).
2. Templates can be created for SMS, Linkedin, and email.
3. Templates can leverage variables that will automatically populate with associated Account data.
4. Templates will automatically track click, open, and reply rates.
5. Templates can be exported in CSV or JSON formats.
