Signing in with your OnCourse Account name

To log into OnCourse

  1. Visit > Click the link to Login 

  2. You will be redirected to the sign in page which will allow you to log in with your user name and password.

  3. Enter your account email and password and click sign in to log in. 

Note: Passwords require a minimum of 6 characters in length and should include an upper case letter, a number and a special character.

For your first time login you will be directed to the welcome page depicted below:

This set of prompts will guide you through some basic setup before you can take advantage of the full set of features of the app.

Click on Let’s do it > Enter your first name and last name > Click on the next button.

The next page will help you setup your primary email via Gmail or SMTP.

  1. You will be shown with the email you signed in with. You can continue with the same email by clicking on next or

  2. You also have an option to change your primary email during this screen.

Logging incoming and outgoing email will allow the system to pull the email data into the system allowing for account history to be more readily tracked and usable. 

Finalize your setup process by completing registration with your Google or SMTP account then hit the next button.

Completion of the setup will allow you to send and receive email via OnCourse.

Visit your settings pages for additional personal settings.
